Embracing Multiple Truths for Personal Growth

What If There Isn’t Just One Right Answer?

You carry complicated truths which sometimes don’t align with each other.

That doesn’t make you confused. (Although you could feel confused by that,)
It makes you human.

The more honest you become with yourself, the more you stop carrying stories. These stories were never yours in the first place. Here’s the hard part: it’s one thing to see the truth. It’s another to believe that what you see is valuable.

Knowing your truth is powerful.
Believing in your worth is transformational.

This doesn’t just apply to emotions. It can show up everywhere, at work, in leadership, and in everyday problem-solving.

Multiple Right Answers Exist

After 25+ years in learning, development, and HR, I’ve seen this again and again:

There’s not always one right answer—there are often several.

I’ve built teams from scratch across different industries. One approach worked in manufacturing. A completely different approach worked in tech. Both were right.
Why? Because the people, culture, and context were different and so were the truths at play within each company culture.

When we believe there’s only one “right” answer, we freeze. We get stuck trying to make the perfect choice and end up making no decision at all.

Just like in our personal lives, believing there’s only one truth (or one path or one solution) creates unnecessary pressure.

Freedom begins the moment we trust that more than one thing can be true, or good, or right.

✨ There’s more than one right answer.
✨ Your path doesn’t need to look like someone else’s path.
✨ You don’t have to be perfect to be worthy.

You don’t need the “exact” right decision to succeed.
You just need to trust yourself enough to choose.
Move forward. You’ll know soon enough if a different choice is “better.” You can decide then to take that choice.

If this resonates, Rooted and Real goes deeper. It offers reflection prompts and practical tools. These resources help you build that trust within yourself.
