Don’t Read the Negative Comments

…from your own mind.

You’ve heard celebrities say it: they read the comments on a post and it stuck with them for days. The words lingered, replaying in their minds long after the screen went dark.

If you teach, write, create, or share anything publicly, you’ve felt it too. That ONE review that wasn’t good sticks like sun warmed sidewalk gum on your running shoe on a hot day.

PSA: stop reading the negative comments from your own mind.

When doubt creeps in, when your internal voice whispers that you’re not enough. You can’t do it. You have a choice. You can listen to your inner critic. Let it run the day. Or, you can scroll right past it and take action.

Choose peace. Choose progress. Choose not to read the negative comments from your own mind.

*This post is not meant to have you thinking to ignore all “negative” things, rather to get into action when your internal voice is giving you unjustified crap 😉
